Tuition

Tuition for the 10-week Dental Assistant Program program is $3800 and includes all textbooks, lab fees, and supplies.  There are no additional fees.

To hold the applicant’s space in class, a signed student contract and a $1000 deposit are required within 10 days of receiving an acceptance letter from the admissions department.  This deposit will be applied towards the tuition.

To begin the Dental Assistant Program, the student must be enrolled in a payment plan or pay the remaining balance prior to the first class.  All other financial arrangements, such as CareCredit Financing must pre-approved by the admissions department prior to the first class.

Financing

Because we are a private institute, we do not participate in most government financing programs; however, payment plans are available (Plan B & Plan C) for an additional fee, payable by debit or credit cards.  Students who miss any payments will not be allowed to continue in the program.

Financing through CareCredit is available for those who qualify.  When applying for CareCredit financing, please enter “Gwinnett Dental Career Academy” as the Doctor or Practice Name.
