Tuition

The tuition for this 10-week program is $3800 and includes all textbooks, lab fees, and supplies.

We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and CareCredit. Payment plans are available for an additional $200 fee.

Failure to pay in accordance with the agreed upon financial arrangements below may result in dismissal from the program.

Payment Arrangements (Choose One)

  • $3800 CareCredit financing, various terms available. Call us to process CareCredit transactions.
  • $3800 today via cash, check or credit card (no financing fees)
  • $1000 today via cash, check or credit card plus $2800 on or before the first day of class (no financing fees)
  • $1000 deposit today plus $333.33 via cash, check, or credit card at each of the first 9 classes (includes $200 GDCA financing fee)

Refund Policy:

  • Full refund if canceled within 3 days of signing.
  • Prorated refunds of up to 50% of the program.
  • No refunds after 50%.
  • Refunds apply for changes made by the Academy.
  • Issued to original credit card or by mail within 30 days.

To hold the applicant’s space in class, a signed student contract and a $1000 deposit is required at open house. This deposit will be applied towards the tuition.

To begin the Dental Assistant Program, the student must be enrolled in a payment plan or pay the remaining balance prior to the first class. All other financial arrangements, such as CareCredit Financing must be pre-approved by the admissions department prior to the first class.
